BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF SWA YATRA
Payment Policy
For confirmation of participation in the Swa Yatra workshop, 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. No partial payments or on-arrival payments are accepted.
Booking Amount
100% of the total workshop amount is considered as the booking amount.
Cancellation Policy
20% cancellation charges, if cancelled 30 days before the workshop start date.
40% cancellation charges, if cancelled 30–15 days before the workshop start date.
85% cancellation charges, if cancelled 15–01 days before the workshop start date.
No refund will be provided after the workshop has commenced or for mid-program withdrawal.
Special Conditions
In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances, Swa Yatra reserves the right to reschedule the workshop. Refunds in such cases will be subject to internal review.
Jurisdiction
In case of any conflict or legal issue, it shall be subject to Prayagraj jurisdiction only.
